Overview

In a nutshell, we seek long-term investments, involving both control positions and minority stakes, in companies with EBITDA ranging typically between $2 million and $7 million that possess one or more sources of competitive advantage. We partner with management teams where ever possible. We do not look for a "quick flip" and instead prefer investments that we have the opportunity to continue holding for 10 or more years.
