We welcome the opportunity to work on potential transactions with M&A advisors, business brokers and other professional advisors. We have great respect for the role of professional intermediaries in private equity transactions, and we appreciate their presence on either side of the table. We endeavor to make ourselves regularly available to M&A professionals to listen to new investment proposals, and we try also to respect their time by responding promptly. We believe in rewarding those who make a positive contribution, and we will pay finders’ fees to professionals who do not represent the seller but nonetheless generate ideas that result in a completed transaction, assuming the arrangement is communicated and agreed to upfront.
